Good morning everyone. It was a bit of a morning. I would’ve been able to sleep a little better, if my nose was unstuffed. Oh, and answer me this: why does everything feel so much hotter when you’re in bed, and then you get out of bed, and you’re bundled up, because it’s so freakin cold in the house?

But I digress.

Podrick was up at his normal time this morning. I ended up taking a soda cap away from him. I don’t care if he plays with one in the morning, but why does he have to play with one 6-8 feet from by ear holes? I snatched that shit away from him quick-fast. Then he just found something else to play with.

I’m trying to navigate Podrick playing with something, and a Sleep Daddy, that was starting to annoy me, I tried a couple different ones, and finally just said fuck it, and just landed on one, and hoped that I could sleep, even just for 20 minutes. I dozed on and off, all while trying to find a comfortable position that I could still breathe in, AND that wasn’t holy fuck it’s hot, vs. why is it so cold? I would just find the perfect spot, then a blanket would fall over my face, or my nose would plug, etc, etc.

Back to work this afternoon. I’m working through the weekend again as we’re a little short handed. But either way, the weekend is gonna be a good one. There’s snow in the forecast today; 5-6 inches or so. But wait, after it snows, it’s supposed to get windy. So what was the point of it snowing.

I need more coffee.
