Two turtle-doves Shawshank, December 2, 2023 Good morning my fritends. Good morning from a normal time! It’s the weekend, and I really shouldn’t be getting used to the weekends anymore. Soon, I’ll be in “general population”, and I’ll be scheduled all over the place. But for this weekend, at least, it’s normal. Later on in the morning, I’ll be slowly finishing my transition to small town living. I’ll be doing my shopping in town today. Yep, I don’t feel like driving 30 minutes to grocery shop in SlightlyBiggerTown, so I’ll do it here. Whatever the little grocery store doesn’t have, I’ll check the gas station/convenience store. Don’t worry my friends, we’ll have enough food. Yesterday wasn’t too bad. I’m getting used to all the cobbled together computer systems. It’s also be a heck of a long time since I had to be on my feet the whole day. The first three days was really hard on my back, but Thursday and Friday was too bad. Next week I have a week of closing shifts. But today, it’s some grocery shopping and maybe breakfast for dinner. I don’t know yet. We’ll figure it out. But before all that can happen, it’s coffee time. We’ll wait for the sun to come up and then we’ll figure out the day. Life blogbloggercoffeejournalmorningsTinyTown

Finally, at his normal time, he jumped up on my nightstand. But the time I flailed enough, he had run out of the room. Perfect! I closed the door… Read More
Life We’ll be fallin’ in love in the middle of the night just movin’ slow August 24, 2023 While it’s still froggy out, I can see the sun. Good morning from the fog capital of the area. I think it’ll be a nice morning after the fog burns off. It took me a little longer to fall asleep last night. I had rolled over and Crystal was snuggled… Read More
Life My tight dress and red lips, I know you want it, I’m just living that life November 21, 2024 Here I am, I didn’t forget about you, dear readers. I had to be up at the ass-crack of dawn. Before dawn. I was at work when dawn began to break. It was a rare 5:30-1:30 shift for yours truly. Thankfully I didn’t have to be outside for long, because… Read More
