Hard, huge and haunted

Shawshank, August 16, 2020August 16, 2020

This coffee tastes very very good this morning. It took me a little while to fall asleep, and then I was up a few times in the night. But all in all, not a bad rest. No shock therapy dreams. I know I had some, just can’t remember them. I didn’t however hear my alarm go off. Usually, I hear the vibrations before I hear the song. This morning, I didn’t hear anything until the song kicked in.

It’s a quiet morning here, as it should be, but this week should be pretty busy. We have an appointment on Monday for my gramma, we’re entering the 21st century at Shady Acres in Tuesday when we get WiFi in the house (the WiFi man will be here sometime between 8am-5pm), and it’s my job to make sure all the tablets and phones are hooked up to it.

Wednesday, I believe right now is a free day. Thursday, oil change in my moms truck. Friday is my day. I should have a book in the mail. It’s very weird getting used to no mail delivery on Saturdays.

This coffee tastes very very good this morning. A new book for me will be a good thing. I’m almost done NOS4A2, and as expected, almost finished with Twilight (Bella, Alice, and Jasper just arrived in Phoenix), so I’m in need of a new one very soon.

Happy Sunday, everyone.

Good morning everyone. It’s the start of another work week today. Podrick, clocked in early today. He’s just a go-getter. What can I say? He really loves his work. He concentrated on Crystal’s side of the bed this morning. He has the super power of making just enough noise that…

I don’t believe in God, but I believe that you’re my savior

November 3, 2024

Good morning. We’re awake, and I’m surrounded by kittens. Crystal is on the other side of Chaucer. Oh, and it’s froggy out there again. But to combat that, we have central heating and cats to keep us warm. And they’re doing a great job in keeping me warm, at least….
