Well, I’ve been down so very damn long that it looks like up to me

Shawshank, February 14, 2022

Good morning happy Monday. The monday curse strikes again. This time – my coffee pot. It died sometime in the night. The lights still work, but the element or the actual coffee working mechanism doesn’t anymore. The coffee maker is probably 25-30 years old.

Thankfully, I have a French press to get a coffee into me. After 8, I can walk up to the local hardware store, and I should be able to buy a new one. Overpriced, yes. But I’ll have a new coffee maker without having to wait a week before going into a slightly bigger town to buy one.

So I got one cup of French press. I’ll live, and I’ll make some more shortly after the hardware store is open.

Happy Monday.

Good morning my friends. It’s gonna be a long week, weather-wise. It’s supposed to rain all day. Ugh. And it supposed to be gray and overcast for the rest of the week. Good times. I slept like the dead last night. I don’t think I moved, or got up to…
