Out in the playground in the dark side of town Shawshank, September 8, 2025 Good morning everyone. With Podrick locked out of the bedroom, and another sleepy time experience for The Beautiful One, we were knocked out until 8:47. That’s when I rolled over and exclaimed “what year is it?” that’s when I knew it was time to get up. The slumber was long, and the limbs were heavy when I heaved myself out of the bed. We’re up. Coffee is flowing, and the kitties have been fed. I’ve opened the window on the back door, because it’s beautiful out there right now. The kitties are ignoring the laser that just started up. pippin is getting braver and braver. She’s cucks Podrick. He’ll just sit there and watch her eat his food. It’s hilarious to see. Work wasn’t too bad yesterday. Considering it’s an open to close shift. I managed to have the store ready to open before Bing Bing knocked on the door. We opened at the opening time, and that started our day. It’s was steady, but not overwhelming. It was actually a pretty not too bad day. I only had to practice asking Bing Bing not to whistle – I told him that I could hear his single note across the store over the AC, and behind a closed door. To his credit, he did stop. Sanity restored. We’ll be heading to SlightlyBiggerTown for supplies. I just didn’t feel like doing it after work on Saturday. So we’ll go out in a little while. Once we get back, I’ll start the laundry. It’ll be a good day. Plus RAW is on tonight. So let’s get some! Life blogbloggerchore daycoffeejournalmorningsTinyTown

Life I recommend walking around naked in your living room yeah February 8, 2025 Hey hey. It’s tired Shawshank. I was up at the ass crack of dawn today, and got ready for work. Before I knew it, I was at work and on top of the fuel storage to measure how much gas and diesel we have on hand. Literally 100s of litres…. Read More
Life Wind on the weathervane July 30, 2020July 30, 2020 Since I got here, I've adopted a few chores. Like taking out the trash when it appears by the door. Vacuuming. Sous chef when needed, and each night I water the 3 tomato plants, the cucumbers, and the strawberries. Originally, the plants were my grammas, but she doesn't get around… Read More
