I have died everyday waiting for you Shawshank, November 8, 2020 Breaking Dawn pt 2. Otherwise know as the movie Shawshank ugly cries at the end. 15 minutes later, I’m still trying not to burst into tears. That’d freak out my mom, wouldn’t it? I’m sure if they even asked about Crystal, I’d burst into tears. I never used to cry at movies, let alone a Twilight movie. I mean, come on. It’s Twilight. I’m pretty sure that if a long distance commercial came on right now, I’d have to leave the room. The final movie of the saga. The final show down between the good guys and the bad guys. Ahh the age old meet in the middle of an open field to do battle. And what a glorious battle it was. It’s the best change from the books that happened in the movies. If you’ve read my book reviews on the Saga, you’d know that the end of Breaking Dawn the book was a travesty. Simply one of the worst endings that I’ve read for a while. The movie ending was a lot better than the book ending. This is where the tears come. I know what’s coming. Let’s show Edward how much Bella love him… LOVE MONTAGE! Cue the ugly crying. Then for added pain, let’s run the credits. FOR ALL THE MOVIES. Goddamn you all. Where’s the Kleenex? Tiny Town Home Video blogbloggerhappy sadjournalTinyTowntwilighttwilight saga
Tiny Town Home Video Season one review: 1899 December 4, 2022 It’s been a while since I’ve done a TV review. And it’s not because I’ve only been watching Critical Role. I’m still watching that, but since I’ve finished Campaign 2, I’ve really only been watching it once a week now. I don’t really have an interest in watching Campaign 1…. Read More
Tiny Town Home Video And as I recall, we both kinda liked it November 12, 2020 So, the last couple Saturday’s or Sunday’s, I’ve been taking a little time for myself, and watching The Twilight Saga on Netflix Canada. Well, I finished the last movie last weekend. So I’ve been thinking what to watch (or finish) next. So I thought that I’d finish Dark. Then I… Read More
Tiny Town Home Video Movie review: RRR January 15, 2023 So last night, I took the chance on turning on a movie, that we only watched the trailer to on Netflix. It was fantastical – a man running from a tiger for around a minute. I was kind of hooked. So yesterday, just for the fun of it, half expecting… Read More
Morning, folks. Welcome to Sunday. The sun is shining, Mal wants to be in my lap, and I would like the morning tea to wake me up. It was an easy shift yesterday. I couldn’t remember if I was on the schedule until 2 or 3 pm. StressedRPh said I could leave at 2, saying “I think you’ve worked enough hours this week”. Fine with me. The weather started to turn nasty around lunchtime. When I left work, we had some heavy rain, and the wind had picked up. On the way home, I stopped to the grocery store and grabbed some stuff for the week. Unfortunately, I made a mistake of shopping at the store closest to our house. They use paper bags, which pretty much dissolved on the walk from the truck to the front door. Also, in the span of the two minutes it took to go between the grocery store and the house, the weather turned to nasty snow. We have a quick showing this morning. Fortunately, there’s not a lot of things I need to do before they get here. I have last night’s plate and a couple of cups to wash. I’ll put the dirty laundry in the washer before I leave. That will also serve as tidying up the bathroom, since the laundry is the one thing in there that needs to be picked up. While the people come in, I think I’ll go up to the corner store and grab a coffee. The only other thing I need to do is talk to BossRPh about sleeping bag recommendations, and DayTech about a dresser she might want to buy. Shawshank plans to drive out to BiggerTown and do some shopping of his own. I might nap, watch THE SAGA or just load up Albion and kill shit online all afternoon. It’s about that time to refill the mug and put some clothes on. Have a good Sunday, my friends.
