Welp, here we are – Saturday!

Pippin was crazy last night. Something I haven’t seen since I first got her. She was all over the place. Trying to get into the bookcase. Crystal wasn’t feeling too well last night, so I made her up a bed on the couch. That involved moving my little table. So it’s my fault that she went crazy. If I’d had moved the table elsewhere, her adventures last night wouldn’t have happened.

She’s currently on my lap, as an apology.

I slept ok last night. The bed is really big when you have the whole bed to yourself. And it’s lonely.

We didn’t do too much of anything yesterday. I did the laundry in the morning. Made some lunch, then we settled down to watch the last two episodes of 3 Body Problem. What a good first season. But it’s on Netflix, so I’m almost 100% sure that since it just got going, it’ll be cancelled as soon as Netflix can do so. I try not to get too attached to Netflix shows, as they have a nasty habit of cancelling popular shows.

I don’t think we have too much on our plates for today. I have another load of laundry to do, but that’s about it. I’ll think I’ll try and keep waking up Pippin as she falls asleep, you know, just to teach her what’s what.

Oh, also yesterday I restarted Breath of the Wild. I wanted something to do. Sadly it replaced my award winning (and game winning) save file. So I guess I gotta do it all over again now. Should be fun. I really like that game. Hopefully, I’ll be able to kick some ass.

Good morning to all my adoring fans out there. I hope you can see me waving through the snow that’s falling. Yep. Snow. Falling.

But Shawshank, it’s just about April. Yes, yes it is.

You were saying that the snow was just about gone?! Yep. But on a good note, it’s supposed to be above freezing for the next weekish, so the snow that’s falling right now, will hopefully be gone either when we wake up tomorrow or gone by the end of the weekend.

Hopefully.

Yesterday wasn’t too bad at work. It was busier than the day before. Maybe because of the snow coming, but I didn’t hear too many people talking about it. I’m sure they’ll be talking about it today.

And we have absolutely nothing to do this weekend. It’s nice to not have anything planned. Of course, there’s chores, and dinner at Shady Acres. But that’s completely it.

On a scale of chairman mao to hacksaw Jim Duggan, how free are you this weekend? Well, my friends, I’m pretty much Bobcat Goldthwait this weekend.

It’s my Friyay today, and it’s a good Friyay! I’m home from work, and I’m (right now) not sleepy. It was a pretty good day. A lot busier than yesterday that’s for sure.

And, it’s mothafuckin date night!

With date night, comes bathtub night for Crystal. I’m sure she’s excited about that.

Our usual restaurant is closed, so we’ll be heading over to the other restaurant a block over. I don’t know what I’ll have tonight, but I’m sure it will be good with a side of salad bar, so I have that going for me.

Other than that, there’s not a lot to update y’all on. Since I have a long weekend, there’s a helluva good chance that I’ll probably do my chores tomorrow, then I can relax for the next couple of days.

Words are blurry when you speak

Hey hey. This will probably short and sweet as I’m freakin tired. I was up about 15 minutes before my alarm, and I couldn’t get back to sleep. As a result, I’ve been dragging ass all day.

But I checked off the grocery order all by myself today. I’m a real boy! It was a slightly larger order, because head office is closed on good Friyay. So we had to make sure that we had enough for the people to last us until next Wednesday.

Tomorrow will be the same, but without the grocery order. Then I actually have Friyay off. Yay! I can sleep in!
