And the music there it was hauntingly familiar Shawshank, August 20, 2020 Finally, I woke up and no one else was awake. For 15 minutes. But it was a nice and quiet 15 minutes. I managed to brew some coffee, and get most of the first cup in me, before conversation started. So today was the day that we were supposed to be going into SlightlyBiggerTown to get the oil changed on my mom’s truck, go grocery shopping, etc. But the dealership only wants the owner of the vehicle to be in the dealership – thanks to the pandemic. So mom will just go, get the oil changed, and just the bare minimum for groceries. Tomorrow, when we have to go into YetAnotherSlightlyBiggerTown, to get my mom’s meds, we’ll do the grocery shopping. Get it? Good! I don’t wanna repeat myself. So when my mom gets back, I’ll walk a pile of stuff over to the second hand store. Mom’s been cleaning out her craft room, so the majority of stuff is coming out of there, with a mix of some clothing in there as well. There might be enough for a second trip, but I’m gonna try to get it all in one shot, if I can. Life bloglifeTinyTown

I was already mentally planning a nap, as I got up and dressed. The coffee is already finished brewing. I’m posting late this morning. I slept like the… Read More
Life Well, him and my uncle tore that engine down I still remember that rumblin’ sound October 14, 2025 Good morning my friends. It’s another day, north of the wall. Just looking outside, all the snow is gone. It still looks a little breezy out there. Yesterday, while a work, an old coworker came in. She’s a little, you know, special. She’s odd to put it nicely. She asked… Read More
