You give me a reason to live Shawshank, January 30, 2024 Here we are, back again for another post. Yep, I could’ve posted this morning, but at 4:30, I couldn’t string two words together if I tried, so I fired that it would be better to post this afternoon when I got back from work. Work was actually busy this morning. Not with customers, mind you, but with moving stuff around. BossLady had talked to a vendor yesterday, and either today or tomorrow, there will be a couple of racks, and a cooler being delivered to us. We did the prep work this morning, so it should be an easier time when they arrive. And we have a cooler in the break room again. And of course, that had to be all moved around. Much to our enjoyment when the closers came in, and were very confused. We laughed at them. But now I’m at home watching Crystal play Divinity 2. It’s a fun game, I just can’t wrap my head around the angle that that camera is. And you can’t move the camera angle to make it actually better. But I digress. We’re either going to have hamburgers or chicken burgers tonight. I think I’m leaning toward buffalo chicken bacon burgers. But we’ll see what the beautiful one would like. A little stuffed up, so I was a little difficult to breathe through my nose. Welcome to spring. But I’m up and dressed. So that’s something. I’m a little sore from yesterday. My plan for… Read More
Life I’ve been a bad, bad girl May 3, 2021 It’s been a whirlwind weekend here. I covered part of a shift at work, then yesterday, I had to drive my dad up to CapitalCity. He thought he had a detached retina, but thankfully, he didn’t. Just a flake of his eye came off, and that’s what he’s seeing. From… Read More
