Yeah, the closest to Heaven that I’ll ever be is somewhere with you under a big old oak tree

Well, 6:15 is a lot better than 5:30. He’s so much more of a morning person than I am. He’s just so hyper. Hopefully soon, he’ll relax a little more, and snuggle on the bed with us in the morning, instead of climbing the screen.

We wanting the Shady Acres yesterday afternoon. My dad isn’t feeling well from the chemo treatments. He’s still in somewhat good spirits – he can, for right now, joke about his hair loss. But we (I mean really none of us) what’re the shows that were on TV. I remember one episode about the Amber Room, and a couple of other history shows with paid actors doing recreations. Crystal played Civ 6. Mom and dad, watched shitty AI Facebook videos, and I surfed the information superhighway.

Back to work this afternoon. Monday through Friday – I don’t even really care about if I’m working the weekend or not, I’ll just be happy to have two days off in a row. So that’ll be fun. See in my mind, I’m already planning. Payday is Friday, so we’ll be going for groceries and supplies on Saturday, etc.

So yeah, it’s Monday – blah, blah, blah. At least the sun is shining for now. I wonder what kind of winter weather we’re going to get this afternoon. I have to admit, this will there or won’t there be spring is starting to get really old.

So let’s refill the coffees, and start the day. Happy Monday, everyone.

Take me out to the ball game

From what I can gather from commercials here, the Super Bowl is on this weekend. I doubt I’ll watch it. It’s a shared TV here, and no ones a football fan here. I’d like to watch, but probably won’t. I’ll follow along on my phone. Good to see the hate…
