We just want to dance here, someone stole the stage Shawshank, July 7, 2025 Podrick let us sleep, until he didn’t. Thankfully I raised my arm when I did, otherwise a very solid 3 or 4 pound cat would’ve landed on my face. He’s just being, well, Podrick this morning. We was snuggled in between us this morning, then suddenly his tail caught his eye, and he chased it up and down us. Look, they can coexist together! Work wasn’t too bad yesterday. It was a Sunday shift – open to close. But it was a wicked slow start, with pockets of it being busy. We helped customers as best we could, while trying to keep the store nice and clean. It was my coworkers last day, and that means that I got to take a video of my coworker locking up the store. I actually remembered. I took the video, and wish him well with his wedding coming up in August, and him actually moving back to India. I can’t wait to get pictures of the wedding. I have a weird work schedule this week. I’ll be doing the chores, and laundry today. I think I’ll have to head up to the post office and grab the mail and deliver it up at Shady Acres. I’m sure there’s bills in there that I should take care of. But first, coffee. Lots of coffee. Life blogbloggerchore daycoffeejournalmorningsTinyTown

Life Have a proper giggle I’ll be quite polite but when I rock the mic January 5, 2025 I’m awake. Well, I’ve been awake every couple of hours to make sure I still have time to sleep. I think that’s exactly what happened. The first time I got up was around 1am, then 3, 4, 6:10, 6:30, and then finally 6:57. The alarm works. I just wish my subconscious would believe me when… Read More
Life Let’s just see what the morning brings July 27, 2020July 27, 2020 “Please standby for the satellite signal. Thank you for your patience.” But it’s sunny out! That’s been on the TV since about 8am. So I’ve done other things, read my new book: “The Goldfinch”, helped my mom cook lunch, and most recently, shaved my head and trimmed my beard. Outside, as to not… Read More
