The thing about a small town, word’s gonna get around

It’s now the middle of the week. Podrick was being Podrick this morning. But, 6:30 is a lot better than 4:30-5, so I’ll take it. He only got me out of bed (and I think deep down, he knows it’ll get me out of bed), because he was playing on the entertainment stand, pulled out the Switch controller charger. So with that clattering to the ground, I got up. so in about 15 minutes, the cats will be fed.

It’s bright and sunny out there. Without looking at my weather app, I really hope that for the most part it’ll be sunny for most of the day. Hey, it could happen. But then I check the app. It might still happen, but the forecast is saying something different.

Half way through the week, and the weekend is starting to loom out there on the periphery. Only a few more shifts, and boom! it’s the weekend. We’ll be heading into SlightlyBiggerTown on Saturday. Then if my parents have to go to CapitalCity for chemo treatments, we’ll have the entire weekend to ourselves. We’ll find out more the closer we get to the weekend.

Time for more coffee. Another hour or so, I’ll open the back door for the cats to enjoy.
