The Mighty Nein – live at Wembley Shawshank, November 23, 2023 Well, here we are again. This time about 3 weeks late. I finally got the chance to sit down, and devote 4.5 hours of a bunch of nerdy ass voice actors playing D&D. It. Was. Amazing. It truly felt like slipping into your most comfortable pair of pants. I don’t want to be one of those stereotypical “critters” that say this campaign helped me through a tough time. But it really did. After I moved out of my parents house … I was pretty much alone. Not pretty much, Totally alone. So I started watching campaign one. If anyone watched that. The first 20 or so episodes are plagued with audio problems, and the fact that it starts in the middle of the campaign, didn’t really gel with me, so I did the next best thing – shut off campaign 1, and really dove into campaign 2. My review of campaign 2 is right here for you. The thing that I said about these one shots are like slipping into your favorite pair of pants, is exactly true. As soon as the first words of this live (first time since 2020) show were uttered, it was like watching the whole campaign over again. It was amazing. From the ad read to the call and response to the final standing ovation, I was on the edge of my seat, laughing, tearing up, laughing again. What a ride. I could watch these nerds in these characters over and over again. I’ll keep watching them until they don’t want to do it again. And I’m pretty sure Travis just pushed Matt to do another one when his character asked his wife’s character to marry him. You could tell Matt, along with the rest of the cast was blown away by it. Thank you again for these characters. For the fun, the sadness, and for the giant kaiju battle. Long live The Might Nein! Thank you. Tiny Town Home Video Home Video – John Wick 3 June 13, 2021June 13, 2021 I watch, so you don’t have to. This weeks submission is John Wick Chapter 3: Parabellum. Wow. What a shit show. Tiny Town Home Video Home video – You Can’t Take The Sky From Me. January 17, 2021 Sometimes there’s way too many choices on Netflix. So one falls back on what they like.
