How can you have any pudding if you don’t eat yer meat?

Another Monday in the bag. I’m home from work. Saturday when my parents went to BiggerTown, to pick up wood pellets for their pellet stove I asked my mom to look for shaved steak. Well, they kind of found some. I have a back up plan in case the steak tastes like ass.

But I did buy mushrooms for Crystal’s steak sandwiches.

Work wasn’t too bad today. A little slow the closer we got to noon time, but we made it work. The weather has gotten slightly nicer. It’s still cold, but the wind, for the most part, has died down. That’s nice, not having to stand outside in the howling wind.

But that’s about it here on the home front. Maybe tomorrow will be more exciting than today. Course what can top a truck towing an suv with only a rope past the store? Nothing really!

His eyes are cold and restless, his wounds have almost healed

Good morning, good afternoon my friends. I didn’t feel like posting at 4:40 in the morning, so I figured that I would defer it to this afternoon, and now here I am!

While the week just seemed to fly by, it’s been a long week. I actually worked 5 days this week, after all the holidays. Boom, right back to it. So that took a little to get used to this week!

I’m a little sore today. I slipped and fell yesterday afternoon, after checking the mail. I got home, and emailed the town. I just got an email back saying that it was sanded the day before, but they send someone out to double check it. They were actually working on it as I was again checking the mail. Yay for communication!

Not too much going this afternoon/this weekend. I don’t think we’re going anywhere, so I don’t really plan on straying too far from the house.

In good news, the wind has died down, and it’s a lot warmer out there. That’s very nice. I don’t mind the cold too much, but the wind is another thing of its own.

Sex is natural, sex is fun

It’s slowly starting to get warmer out, but this afternoon the wind is starting to pick up again. Thankfully, I’m out of work now. It was somewhat steady today with a couple of times that it was slightly busy.

I haven’t been sleeping well the last week or so. I’ll wake up in the middle of the night. I think I might have slept through the night last night. I can’t remember if I got up to use the bathroom or not. But I didn’t feel as out of it when I woke up this morning.

Nothing left to do for the day now. Just kicking back and relaxing until it’s dinner time. Crystal told me that we’ll be having grilled cheese and chips tonight. That’s gonna be a major yum in my books. I loves me some grilled cheese.

That’s about it. Different day, same thing. So yeah I’ll quit while I’m a head out, and enjoy the rest of the day. Happy Wednesday y’all.

Makin’ their way the only way they know how that’s just a little bit more than the law will allow

Heyy, motherfuckers. I decided early this morning, that I’d post when I got home from work. I just wasn’t feeling posting this morning. So y’all get to read my post in the day light, and not the ass crack of dawn.

So, welcome back my friends to the show that never ends.

Within minutes of getting home, I’ve paid my bills for the month, and I have a kitten in my lap, and one nestled in beside me. Crystal is wedged into her side of the couch on the other side of Chaucer, who’s purring. The cat, not Crystal.

Work was ok, mostly slow. We got done everything we needed to this morning, and we then just kinda sat around until swing shift came in. Then we all sat around, but we took turns going outside, and ringing the register. We were waiting for the grocery delivery to arrive, which it did about 25 minutes before the shift was over. I stayed an extra ten minutes to help finish the order up, and then came home.

Good times.

Good morning my friends. It’s dark, and cold, so that must mean that it’s Tuesday. Yeppers, back up early again, that also means that I have an early shift. Actually, I have early shifts all week. It’s ok, downside: I have to be up wicked early. Upside: I have the afternoon off.

So we went to bed last night, and did what people do when they go to sleep. At midnight, I’m awake. I open my eyes to look at the clock, thinking it’s a couple of minutes before the alarm is supposed to go off. To my surprise, it’s midnight. My heart smiled, knowing I still had 4.5 hours to sleep. I rolled over, and passed out again.

Yesterday was a nice and lazy day. We didn’t do anything. Actually we watched weather related YouTube shows, and tried to nap. I think Crystal got to nap, but it just wasn’t in the cards for me. That’s ok.

For dinner I cooked Poutine. Of course it was good. We were both stuffed. That was the day. Now it’s back to work. It’s alright, I don’t mind the work. Happy Tuesday everyone. I hope y’all have a great day.
