Life is like a hurricane here in Duck – burg

Good morning. It’s drab and gray out there. Crystal says we’re still in the lineup for thunderstorms. It’s also pretty froggy out there. And humid. It just feels sticky out there.

I slept like the dead last night. I don’t even think that I moved at all last night. I did wake up and notice that Pippin was snuggled up by my feet. I think Chaucer had been wandering around just before the alarm went off, but when I woke up he was already on the floor meowing for his breakfast. Which he threw up minutes later.

Work was ok yesterday. It was pretty quiet, but I managed to check a few things off of the ol to do list. And I got a couple of things done for NewNewGirl that she tried getting done the day before but just couldn’t. But it was a pretty good day. I brought some cardboard home for Crystal to transfer her pants on to something a little more sturdy to use.

Later on this morning, we’ll be heading into SlightlyBiggerTown for groceries. After a while I’ll get up and make a shopping list for all the yummy stuff that we need. I wonder what we’ll have for dinner? I’m sure that we’ll find some pretty awesome foodstuffs.

But right now, I need more coffee. Happy Saturday! Let’s have an awesome one!

It’s a bright and sunny morning here. Perfect for a Friyay! The birds are singing, and there’s only a slight breeze, which makes the morning nice and cool – all the humidity of yesterday is gone. According to the weather app, the gray skies and possible thunder storms are on the way for this afternoon.

I’m told we “need” the rain. But let the damn farmers fry the seed in the ground. Then you can rain! Until then give me some nice and warm temps and let summer come out.

Good morning all you cool cats and kittens. Are you ready for the weekend? I think I am. The week has gone pretty quickly, but day to day – at least to me, felt like forever.

Hopefully today will go quickly. Yesterday I left work so very tired for some reason. It wasn’t a bad day, I priced two pages of accessories. Then after they were priced, I spent the next couple of hours putting them up on the website. Mostly planters and dust catchers. Nothing that jumped out at me, that I needed.

So much junk! I just realized that this wasn’t even all of it. This picture needs more rugs!

But I’m ready for the weekend – grab a cup of coffee and prepare for Saturday! Let’s kick Friday in the nuts!

It’s another day here in TinyTown. It’s partially sunny and still a little breezy, but it looks like it will hopefully stay just the way it is today. I haven’t looked at the weather app yet, but I don’t think it rained last night. It was only supposed to thunderstorm for a couple of hours after work. But I think it only drizzled for a minute or two as I walked home.

We are, and played TotK for most of the evening. I’ve started to just explore and wander around. I opened up a couple of shrines yesterday. Perhaps I’ll pop into them and work to complete them today or tomorrow. It’s a fun game, but I’m still in the overwhelming part of the game. Crystal has almost mapped the entirety of the depths, while I think I’ve turned on the light switch down there. It’s paltry. I keep saying that I need to get down there, and explore. But it’s dark down there, and the enemies can steal your vitality.

I don’t have too much to talk about. Just been working and doing all that fun stuff. I took in a truck last night, and that was two different companies. Ol there’s not a lot of stuff. It’ll just be tedious pricing all the little doo-dads. And the big furniture will be staying in the boxes for now.

I need a refill, so that’s a sign that I’ve run out of stuff to talk about. Maybe something exciting will happen today – probably not. Happy Thursday everyone, let’s make it the best Thursday that we can!

The people like, “Damn, that’s a cold-ass honky”

It’s a chilly and gray day out there. The wind is blowing, and the bed was as near to a perfect temp as it ever could be. However, if the alarm went off, that means it’s another day here in TinyTown.

Good morning everyone. The coffee is brewing. Please wait your turn to have a cup.

Yesterday actually wasn’t too bad. I was on yard patrol for the day. I spent most of the day clearing out some dead brush and weeding. I think I’d have done more if I had roundup to get the weeds.

I also got to leave a little early as honestly there wasn’t too much to actually do. So I left around 3ish. I grabbed Crystal and we hopped over to the second hand store. I found her a couple of pretty awesome sheets so she can make some more genie pants.

From there we went over to help mom quickly with some snaps. We ended up taking our new blanket, and Crystal will put the snaps on it, probably today. I have to remember to lay it out on the bed today.

I should probably do it now. Hey, it’s not snowing out so that’s a good thing. Happy Wednesday y’all!

Avoid trends and cliches don’t try to be up to date

The day light rips away the blanket of sleep. Good morning everyone, according to the sun, and the garbage trucks, it’s a new day. It’s Tuesday. The coffee has been brewed and is currently being consumed.

Yesterday was a great sloth day. I had to leave the Flat, only to return the vacuum cleaner that I had borrowed from my mom, and I used the excuse to head over to the convenience store to grab some milk.

But we mostly played TotK. Crystal is exploring the depths, while I’m way too nervous to really go down there. I don’t like the lack of light there. It’s freaky. So I’ve been expanding the map, and exploring where I feel comfortable – the overworld.

I wonder what this week will bring to TinyTown. According to the weather app, after Wednesday, it’s supposed to have a chance to rain each day until next Monday. Yay. But we’ll see how the week turns out.
