Besides, no one’s interested in something you didn’t do

It’s Wednesday. It’s bright and sunny out there. Should be a nice and warm day today. Good morning everyone, I hope that you all had a good sleep. I was up a little early to pee, and then dozed/slept until the alarm went off.

It was a little warm, but I adjusted a little, and managed to fall back asleep. The coffee is brewing, and we each have a mug full. It tastes pretty good.

I worked until about 3:30 yesterday. I played out in the “garden” yesterday. I weeded pretty much the whole bed, and it looks so much better out there. This paved the way for BossLady to just step in and make it pretty.

After work I was filthy, and very very sore. So I hopped in the shower, and afterwards I felt a lot better. I played a little TotK, and then made dinner and then watched Crystal play.

I don’t know what to expect today. I’m sure it’ll probably be action packed. I’ll need more coffee!

Good morning! It’s a bright and sunny day out there so far. Nice and warm out there. Not too much of a breeze. It should be a pretty nice day out there.

I slept like the dead yet again. By the time we’re ready to go to bed, physically, I’m already sleeping. As soon as my head hits the pillow, I’m pretty much out. I was up a little early, but I think I fell back asleep for the last have hour before the alarm went off.

As promised, yesterday it was a gremlin day. Neither of us got dressed, and we didn’t stray too far from the Flat. In other words, it was a really good day. We both played TofK, taking turns and doing our own thing whilst playing.

What a good day.

It’s a new day here, and the coffee is flowing like coffee does, first thing in the morning. So have another cup, and raise your mug:

More Zelda musings

Here we are again, me talking about Tears of the Kingdom. Just when I think I know what I’m doing, shit will enviably go sideways! But I’m slowly getting the handle in things. I’m currently ignoring all the main quests – I’m doing side quests, exploring, and just general fuckery.

Crystal is currently playing. For the last couple of weeks, I think, she’s been deep under Hyrule, exploring the Depths. I’ve been down a few times, but she has a huge chunk of it mapped, where I have just a small smattering. On the other hand, I have just about the whole top side map opened up. So we’re doing the same thing, but in completely different areas.

I’m doing all the “useless” side quests, like taking pictures for Sayge in Hateno, which gives me new paraglider skins. I also travelled up to Death Mountain, to get some Goron spice so I can start to grow my own food stuff. That’s pretty neat.

I also did a handful of quests in Tarrey Town – and subsequently I own a plot of land, and have a quant two room “dream home”. I’ll be able to build on that. I can have ip to 15 rooms, so it’ll be a build over time, to be a Barbie dream house.

You can’t tell me how to play the game!

Well, the weather finally caught up with us. It’s raining/drizzling out there. It looks like the sky has been leaking for a while now. The plants and grass will like the rain. I have a Chaucer on my lap, already. Pippin is looking out the door watching the rain drops fall.

The coffee has been brewed, and let me tell you that I can truly make a damn fine cup of coffee. It is pretty good. Not too bad for insert name of coffee that’s on sale, and tap water.

It’s Monday today, and that means it’s brunch day! The bacon has been defrosted, and in a couple of hours, I’ll be starting to cook. I always look forward to brunch day. I’ll be having the usual – bacon, eggs, and hash browns. Crystal will be having waffles, and some bacon. Maybe she’ll put peanut butter on the waffles today.

Other than that, I’d say that today is a day of sloth. I don’t think that I have to leave for anything, so it’s gonna be a nice day of pretty much doing nothing. So let’s get the day started!

Daring duck of mystery, Champion of right

Awake! The alarm went off, and I unstuck my face from the pillow. I was a drooler last night. Crystal was a little warm but I think I was fine. Maybe a little warm, but not enough to really do anything to my sleep. Pippin was snuggled at my feet this morning.

All the curtains are open, it looks like it rained a little bit last night, but currently it’s sunny and just a slight breeze. According to the weather app, there’s a 30% chance that it might thunderstorm around 12 or 1. We’ll see. The last week or so, it’s been told that it was going to rain, however it mostly drizzled and then fizzled out. It’s gone back and forth between sunny and then gray. Hopefully the sun will come out and stay.

We did a whole bunch of nothing apart from running to SlightlyBiggerTown for groceries. We grabbed what we needed/wanted, and only forgot about a couple of things. After groceries, we stopped at Subway to grab lunch. We got everything put away, and lunch consumed – we turned on TotK. We took turns playing, and having fun. Crystal helped me through a quest in the Depths, and when it was Crystal’s turn, I gave amazing advice that caused her feather not once, but twice.

So I tried to not help after that!

Not too much on deck for today. It’s Sunday, so that means that it’s chore day, and dinner at Shady Acres. It’s a nice day where not a lot happens but things still get accomplished. I’ll start everything after another cup of coffee.

Sounds like fun? Maybe not a lot of fun, but shit needs to get done, and not all hero’s wear capes, so let’s just git er dun, amirite?

Yeah, let’s get it done, but before that – let’s have some more coffee. There’s prep work to do. I don’t want to start the prep work right now. Maybe in a little bit. But right now, it’s couch time with my beautiful genie pants wearing girl.
