Past the Dairy Queen, the county line where there ain’t any fences Shawshank, May 3, 2026 Waking up to hear cats fighting is something to behold. But nonetheless, we’re up, and the first coffee has been brewed. The kitties have been fed. Pippin is leisurely dining in the bedroom. It’s Sunday morning, and chore day will be happening soon. Just have to wake up a little more, before I start using heavy machinery. You know, safety shit. Thankfully, I remembered to get laundry pods – don’t worry I got the non-flavoured kind, so we don’t snack on them. For the most part, the cats were pretty ok last night and this morning. We both think that Podrick just gets bored and lonely. So he seeks out Pippin first. Podrick wants all the attention, but will only do bad things to get said attention. He’ll chase Pippin all over the house. I think in the mornings, he pins her a lot more than she pins him. It’s the opposite in the evenings. Maybe the Tiny Princess gains more strength when the sun sets. It was a bit of an adventure before we actually went grocery shopping. We headed in to the locally authorized cell phone providers to upgrade my phone, and possibly upgrade and get Crystal on to my plan. After just about three hours, we both walked out with new phones. Crystal got a Google Pixel 10A, and I got an iPhone 17 Pro Max in bright ass orange. Then we hit up the pharmacy, then the actual grocery shopping. We speed-ran that grocery store, and I believe that we only forgot one thing. Not to freakin bad if you ask me. Then off to the dispensary. I quickly ran in, because we, at this point, are very hungry. I grabbed “what I got last time”, and I think the manager comes out of the back room. The last time we were there, there was a “stoner movie” quiz. Apparently, I got more answers right, and I won a bag of swag. From there, I ran across the street to grab some vapes, and then we drove down the street to Subway to grab lunch. That’s our cue to head back to TinyTown. Subway always marks the end of our trip. So we get home, unload the truck, and immediately start to eat. Damn those sandwiches tasted good. I spent the rest of the afternoon, tweaking the UI, and finished the downloads of my apps, while Crystal kicked some ass in Civilization 6. Life This club will hopefully be closed in three weeks that would be cool with me May 26, 2025 Here I am. I woke up naturally on my own this morning. Podrick was in between us, I could hear him purring so loudly. I gave him scritches, and he was happy. Good morning everyone, the sun is shining, and Pippin is in her table this morning, which Podrick is… Read More
