Lockup Library: Persona 5: The Phantom X Shawshank, July 1, 2025 It’s been a pretty good, relaxing Canada Day. We didn’t do much more than try to wrangle Podrick from being a complete ass to Pippin. But after he fell asleep passed out, I figured it was time to try Persona 5: The Phantom X. Because if it’s like Persona 5, you just can’t stop when you want and log out. No, you can leave when the game tells you that you can. I’m really enjoying it. There’s some call backs to persona 5, but it stands entirely on its own. Yeah, it’s a gacha game, but from what I’ve read, you don’t need to actually pay to play. We’ll find out. The highest price I’ve seen for something in game, was $24.49. But I just went to look again, and it’s higher than that. But, so far so good. I’m enjoying myself!
