Kicking back on your couch, making eyes from across the room Shawshank, November 29, 2024 Hey y’all, we made it to Friyay! I kinda have a mini weekend off. I’ll be opening the shop tomorrow, and then travelling to SlightlyBiggerTown for some much needed supplies. Crystal showed me a TikTok a couple of days ago for a “dollar tree Thanksgiving casserole” so I picked up the ingredients for that. We’ll make that Saturday. It was cold last night at work, but thankfully, the wind died down, and it wasn’t too bad for the last part of the evening. It wasn’t too bad. Not really busy, but not really dead. Sadly though, time didn’t move as quickly as it has. Time still passed. Back to work this afternoon. It’s freakin cold out there this morning and isn’t supposed to warm up too much more today. So I’ll have to dress just a little bit better today, than I did yesterday. But before all that happens, I need fuel for my body. I need a refill. I need covfefe. And lots of it. STAT! I’ll have to go back to the drawing board to make the upgrade count against a kitten. But when I woke up, Podrick was snuggled against my feet. I could feel a little body… Read More
Life First thing we’d climb a tree and maybe then we’d talk March 23, 2023 Good morning my friends. Welcome to a nice and sunny Thursday morning in the great white north. Or, north of the wall, if you insist. There’s hardly any wind, and the sun is very bright. Coffee has been brewed, and we’re slowly waking up here. Chaucer really wants to get… Read More
