I don’t have plans and schemes Shawshank, January 18, 2022 Good morning everyone, happy Tuesday! It’s back to work for me today. And it’s gotten colder out. Around -21🦫 and the wind has picked up. I had a pretty good sleep. Sometime in the night, I think it was around three. I woke up, and my knee was all locked or cramped up. I stretched and I think got up to go to the bathroom. I fell back asleep quickly. At 6:55, my knee decided that it would be fun to lock/cramp up again. So I spent the 5 minutes before the alarm went off slowly stretching and making small movements.
