I tried to go back to sleep, but I found myself rising seconds before the alarm went off. I’m awake and mostly ready to greet the day. I have my coffee at my side, and the news is on. It’s bright and sunny out, and already it feels nice and warm today; with a high of 19 today. That’s almost shorts weather. I’ll have to start to look for some black cargo shorts, and khaki too.
