Gotta have a friend in Jesus Shawshank, May 2, 2021 I slept until my alarm went off this morning. I was slightly awake, but I refused to roll over and look at the clock, thinking to myself that the alarm hasn’t gone off yet, and it will go off, so I might as well just sleep until it goes off. So that’s what I did. Today, is bonding day. I’m taking my dad to CapitalCity. He might have a detached retina. So later this morning, we’ll be heading up to the hospital up there. I’m bringing a book. If they are like the hospital in SlightlyBiggerTown, I’ll be waiting in the truck. After he goes in, I may drive to the mall. It’s about 3km away to get lunch. I would walk, but it’s been raining here all night, so it might be raining there too. I wouldn’t want to risk getting half way to the mall, and it start pouring. In preparation of this surprise trip, I did my laundry last night. So most of my chores are down. I’ll clean the bathroom, and dust and all that happy stuff. But right now, it’s some news, and some coffee which just finished brewing. Happy Sunday, y’all! Life blogbloggercoffeedrivingjournalmorningspersonal blogTinyTown

I couldn’t really hear him, but I could feel Crystal stopping him doing what he was doing. She does her best to keep him off things, and as quiet as possible. She does a great job of trying to control him in the morning…. Read More
Life Look in my heart and let love keep us together March 18, 2021 Brew coffee, brew! I need this coffee this morning. It’s hard to shake the cob webs away this morning. It was a good sleep, a little tossy turny. So on that note, I apologize for not being my usual wordy self! Thankfully, The Flat is close by. Last night I… Read More
