Everything’s alright when she calls me back, she calls me back Shawshank, January 4, 2024 Good morning. Sleep was a little bit of a battle last night/this morning. I think I woke up briefly when Crystal got into bed. Then again at 3. I think my body was trying to be awake in case my alarm didn’t go off. Well guess what? It worked as intended. And now here we are. Yesterday was very nice. We got up as per usual, and lazed around until I had an idea – let’s go to SlightlyBiggerTown and go to the second hand store! So that’s what we did. Nothing seemed to jump out at us. In fact the store looked very empty. Nothing interested us so we left. We were a little early so we grabbed lunch before we went to the second hand store. That was waiting for us, so we drove home and ate unfettered by having to put away groceries. From there we didn’t do too much of anything. I played No Man’s Sky, while Crystal and Chaucer napped. It was a good day. And today should be pretty nice too. Aside from the cold and the wind out there today. We’ll survive. Welcome to Thursday y’all. Then Podrick was being a dink over on Crystal’s side of the bed. So we got up. I turned on lights, the TV, and the coffee pot. Here we are now. Just awake… Read More
Life A pyramid of cans in the pale moonlight August 4, 2023 Good morning, hap hap happy Friyay! It’s almost the weekend. It’s so close I can smell the parade that’s upcoming. It took a few extra minutes to try and get comfortable, and when I did, I crashed. It tossed and turned for a few. It was a little warm last… Read More
