Good gray morning here. It’s about 20 degrees cooler here this morning. It’s like the weather took the day off. It’ll be hot and sunny tomorrow, but today – not so much. It’s a nice change, but a little chilly.

I slept like the dead last night. But was up some time in the early morning. I didn’t look at the clock, I just shuffled to the bathroom, then out to get something to drink, then back into the bed. Just a little chilly.

Crystal was up before me, as usual and had the coffee ready for us this morning. It’s nice to have the coffee ready, but I’d love it if she slept all the way to the alarm. I’m sure that’s on the top of her action item list as well.

Since it’s cooler here, the cats are full of it this morning. Chaucer was just in the entertainment unit. Where Pippin isn’t allowed to go, because she’s a bull in a china shop there. She usually gets squirted. Chaucer was quiet and just went in and loafed. Pippin was not impressed, bullied him out of there. They had a little chasey chasey.

I like watching them play. The old man still has some tricks up his sleeve.
