Dancin’ ’round this kitchen, listenin’ to our favorite records play

Podrick has been a very good boy this morning. He let me sleep in this morning. I almost got up at 6 when I heard him, I was mostly awake, but I did manage to fall back asleep.

Yesterday was hot. Hot and humid. We had a very fast moving thunderstorm roll through yesterday. It rained for about 1-2 minutes, and then the sun came back, and the humidity roared back.

It’s a little cooler today. Not by much, but it’s not too bad out there right now. It’s going to be about 10 degrees cooler today. That’s gonna be really nice. I’m really liking the weather. I love the heat, but inhaling soup is the worst when you’re expecting air.

Back to work again today, and tomorrow. I have Saturday off, and then two 10-6 shifts. So it’s not too bad. It’s gonna be a good rest of the week. And that’s just not me telling myself that. It’s a fact.
