It looks like it rained for part of the night. It’s damp outside. I slept ok last night. Allergies are just being allergies. I couldn’t breath through my nose. I was up around 5:30, and every couple of minutes after that. I think I actually got up around 6 to go to the bathroom, then back into bed. I was wicked cold after going to the bathroom.

I think I just dozed really after that. I tried not to “spider monkey” on Crystal, because I could’ve swore that she told me to get away in the night, because she was too hot. I don’t know if it was a dream or if she actually spoke. It’s one of life’s mysteries I guess. We’ll probably never know.

It’s a lazy day here. I have no interest in doing anything out of the ordinary today. Just brunch and snuggles for a while. I gotta try and wake up. But yeah, I don’t have anything I actually need to do. So it’ll be a quiet day.

I got back to work tomorrow.

Yay.

I don’t know if it’s true but I feel like I annoyed Crystal in the night. I’m thinking that she did tell me to get off of her because she was way too hot. If I was spider-monkeying all over her, I feel terrible. I always run hot, and I’m like a little fireball in the night. If I had a supervillain name it would probably be “Night-sweats” and that’s Crystal’s weakness in the middle of the night.

I need a supervillain costume.

So today while I’m making brunch, I’ll make hers extra special to make up for basically smothering her in the night with my ambient body temp.

I don’t know how to turn it off.

Time to refill the coffee, but I have a problem:

They must be cold.

So the middle of last week or so, after weeks of trying, I finally did it! I was finally in the right place at the right time to be able to climb up on to the light dragon. As I landed on it, I quickly passed by all the ??? On the back of him. I ran up to the head, dropped a weapon so I’d have an open slot for the Master Sword.

As soon as I grabbed the hilt, the dragon went crazy – shaking his head in order to try and shake me loose. It didn’t work. I had read that if you could get in the dragon, you’d need a minimum of 2 circles of stamina. I have three, so I knew I’d be ok.

After a wicked cool cut scene, I had the Master Sword. I didn’t even need to drop the other weapon, the Master Sword created its own weapon slot. Damn, I had dropped a pretty good weapon too!

I think it’s time for you to take me out this club and we don’t need to use our words

We’re up. It’s early. I’ve been up on and off since about 5:30. I’m sure that Crystal had been up for an hour or so before that. So yeah. It’s early. We’re awake. That’s not a good thing. Either way, it is what it is.

So yeah, not the best way to start a Sunday. But we have to work with what we have, so here we are. Welcome to Sunday! It’s a gray and cool day so far here north of the wall. It’s chore day here. So we have that to do a little later on.

We had movie night here last night. Renfield popped up on Amazon Prime a couple of days ago, so I suggested movie night. Lemme tell you, it was a pretty good movie. Lots of laughs and totally fake gore. Just the movie that we needed.

Nothing too much going on here today. It’s chore day, and dinner at Shady Acres this afternoon. Nothing too major. I’ll probably start chores in an hour or so. I haven’t decided yet.

Go, go, go, go, go, go go, shorty it’s your birthday

Good morning fellow humans. I trust you all had a good rest cycle over the last few hours. I slept. It feels like I closed my eyes, and then the alarm went off. So yeah, I slept, but it didn’t feel like I got any sort of rest.

But here we are – Saturday. I just have a short shift, and then it’s the weekend. For a few seconds this morning I didn’t know what day it was. I thought it could possibly be Sunday. So I started mentally going through the chores that need to be done.

Thankfully though, it’s Saturday. I didn’t lose a day whilst I slept. It feels like it. Chaucer is trying to find a comfy spot to lay down. He finally found a spot on my lap. He’s a good guy.

Hopefully today will go quickly at work. I have to remember to grab some milk, and some mashed potatoes at the little grocery store for dinner tonight. I thought of that last night before going to bed, and I’m kinda proud that I remembered it this morning. And in order to ensure that I remember it this afternoon, I had to set a reminder for this afternoon.

I am of that age.

Reminders are a large part of my day.

Good times.

But right now, kitty snuggles. Morning chores, coffee, and snuggling my beautiful wife that’s sitting next to me. Happy Saturday everyone.
