Good morning party people. I think the cold has mostly broken. It was just about freezing yesterday. Which means that we didn’t have jackets on for most of the shift yesterday. It’s was really nice.

Then the wind started up again.

Nothing planned for today. In a few hours we’ll be getting up and heading to SlightlyBiggerTown for supplies. We’re going to have a disaster movie afternoon/evening so we’ll be having Subway for lunch, and I figured some snacky snacks for dinner as we watch the world end.

It’s gonna be fun.

Other than that the weekend is ours. And I’ll probably be in full on sloth mode. I don’t wanna do anything. Next week, after a couple of months of 4 days a week, suddenly I’ll have 5 shifts for the next two weeks. So I’m sure I’ll be more tired after the next couple of weeks.

But yay money!

But first, coffee and kitty snuggles!

Mornin.

It took a while to fall asleep. I just wasn’t high enough. It’s all good I finally fell asleep, after having to get up and going to the bathroom. I think I was just slightly too warm as I tried to fall asleep. My brain flicked from one thought to another, like flipping through TV channels.

But I finally fell asleep.

Sometime in the night/morning, Pippin jumped up and was meowing, so I lifted the blanket, and for a little while she snuggled with me close to my neck. While she was there, I dozed. Then she was gone, and I got re-comfortable and passed out.

Canada beat USA in 4 Nations hockey last night. Twas an overtime goal. Maybe this’ll shut the mango Mussolini up for a while.

Once again, the bed was calling for me to stay in it. It was so nice and toasty. Sadly, we have to get up to play the part of humans. Chaucer is snuggled up in between us, however Pippin is being an idiot and is currently locked in the bedroom.

I slept like the dead. I don’t think I moved too much in the night. I did wake up and attempt to extract my arm from under Crystal’s pillow. Then I rolled over and went back to sleep.

Oh the bed was so toasty.

Back to work today and tomorrow. Then I have the weekend off. Workin for the weekend. We don’t have too much planned. Groceries on Saturday. Natural disaster movies Saturday afternoon and evening.

I’m it before human like behaviour, coffee happy day before payday!

The Beautiful One let me sleep in. While she just had the lay there. I thank her for it, even though I tried at one point to take one of her pillows. But once I knew it was hers, I apologized in my sleep and quickly backed away, before I felt the might of her anger.

Just kidding. She doesn’t beat me.

She just leaves bruises.

Haha. I kid. But she was pretty awesome letting me sleep in a little. I didn’t think I’d sleep in almost another two hours. Wow! The sun is shining l, and while I haven’t looked at my weather app, but it’s supposed to be slightly warmer today.

I CANT WAIT ANY LONGER I HAVE TO LOOK AT THE WEATHER APP.

Well, not really. But that’s ok, we’re on a warming trend, starting tomorrow. Ha ha ha. Why does the warming always start tomorrow?

That’s cray cray I tell you.
