As I sit here tonight the jukebox playing Shawshank, July 14, 2026 I mod believe that the heat has mostly broken. High of 81° today. It’s currently overcast, and it was starting to drizzle. I don’t mind the heat, I. Fact I welcome it. It’s the humidity that came with the heat that reminded us of Rhode Island in mid June. Now that we’re all caught up with all the current events, what would y’all like to talk about? the time off that I asked for this weekend coming up was approved – so I don’t care if it’s raining, we’ll be at the rodeo. I’ve been staring at the damn poster at work for a month now. Ok, I should at least try to get three paragraphs for this post. Not too much changes in a small town, so sometimes it’s hard to make it exciting. I also have the town celebration day off as well – BossLady was smart this year; she put that day as holiday hours. I just don’t know if I’m working the next day. I just have to get through the rest of the week. Since it’ll be cooler for the rest of the week, I’ll have to get off my ass at work, and if it hasn’t already been done by the one guy on 1st shift that actually works, I’ll be filling propane this afternoon. But first, coffee! Life blogbloggercoffeejournalmorningspersonal blogTinyTown

I’m home from another glorious day of work. And it was a slow one today. But we got what was needed done, plus defrosted two freezers. So the store changed its hours… Read More
Life Feels like the Holy Ghost running through ya July 28, 2026 Good morning. We were thrust awake by Podrick knocking over a floor fan. So we’re up, and it’s still fucking humid. I can handle the heat, it’s the soup that we’re breathing that, for lack of better words – is bullshit, man. We’ll be heading to BiggerTown today, to get… Read More
