Well I called my congressman and he said quote “I’d like to help you son, but you’re too young to vote” Shawshank, May 13, 2024 I’m tired, man. I was up every couple of hours, after about 2am. My mind was thinking that I didn’t set the alarm. Spoiler alert: I did. But I couldn’t get a restful sleep at all. I woke up cranky, and tired. I made it through 8 hours of work, and I’m still cranky and tired. I will force myself to stay awake this afternoon. That way I’ll crash when we go to bed. At least for the next week, I can “sleep in”. Work was pretty steady all morning. Which was nice, we were always moving. We did the work things that we needed to do. Then I popped over to Shady Acres to bring my dad’s clothes upstairs so he can go through them and get rid of the ones he doesn’t want or need anymore. Now I’m home with my lap covered in cats. Chaucer was up first, and Pippin just forced her way on. She’s been wantbig to get onto my lap since I woke up this morning. Mission accomplished. Mostly because I was so stuffed up, and my mouth was wicked dry. Other than getting up a little early, I slept like the dead. That’s a good… Read More
Life It wastes time and I’d rather be high think I’ll walk me outside and buy a rainbow smile May 24, 2024 Here I am, fresh from a nap. The nap wasn’t that great. It felt like I didn’t sleep at all. But it felt like I was dreaming that I was trying to fall asleep. Does that make any sense? Last nights sleep was about the same. It didn’t take long… Read More
