Two steppin’ on the table, she don’t need a dancefloor

Shawshank, January 28, 2025

Welp, we’re awake here. Pippin is playing with her cleaner, and of course, Chaucer is snuggled between us. The sun is slowly rising out the kitchen window.

As I was getting my jacket on to go to work, Crystal said she had a package at the post office, so I went to get in, and Crystal knowing that she’s still have to wait until I got home to get her package. Well as a surprise, both of her packages were there so I texted Crystal to meet me at the door. She was very happy that we got both her packages.

I worked the closing shift last night and let me tell you the closing key-holder was all over the place last night. He went through 3 deposit slips, and had to keep doing them over and over because, he couldn’t get his math right.

So I get home, and there’s presents for me, all wrapped and looking like little treasures. I got two wicked cool shirts, and a new panda pillow for my fat head to rest on. I can’t wait until it’s warmer to be able to wear the shirts, and people will be able to see them.

Same co-worker tonight. Maybe he’ll be a little better tonight. We’ll see. And of course, I’ll take a picture of our current pizza level for those that know.

Well, I’m gonna continue trying to get my eyes to focus, and suck back some coffee. Happy Tuesday everyone!
