Thinkin’ ’bout a life of crime ‘cause that’s what I’ll have to do

Shawshank, June 5, 2024

Good morning, friends. It’s a bright, shiny, and wickedly windy out there this morning. It looks awesome out there, until you notice that all the trees are moving back and forth.

Work yesterday, was interesting. NewGuy will probably be let go today. I guess sitting in your car, taking huge bong rips, and lighting up a joint, and then posting it on social media is a bad thing. This job is yours for the taking if you come to work on time, and not getting high at work.

Mind blown.

I went over to Shady Acres for a quick project for my dad. He really wants to get out of the house, and regain his strength by walking around. So we made a ramp to help him get the walker down the stairs.

After that, back to the Flat. It was breakfast for dinner last night. It was pretty good. I ran out of Slap Ya Mama spices, so I had to grab some Everglade seasoning. It wasn’t too bad, I’ll have to put just a little more on next time.

Ok, I need more coffee, and Chaucer is staring at me, wanting to get on my lap. Happy Wednesday y’all!
