Remember the old arcade? Blew every dollar that we ever made

The household is up a little early this morning, because of a little tiny orange menace on the bed this morning. At one point m, he was playing with the blinds in the bedroom. I was hissing at him and whispering his name. He wasn’t moving from the fun sounds. I lifted my mask to see, and all I catch is a white streak, and she knocked him away from the blinds, and she bolted, hoping he’d follow. He did, but in short order, he was back. He’s currently on my lap, sleepy, but with enough energy to be a nuisance.

So we’re up this morning. It’s a somewhat bright, but pretty windy day. It’s supposed to be in the 80s today. And the wind should be dying down by around three. But any day without rain or snow, and it’s warm – I’ll take. I don’t think we have any plans for the day. Since I was up early, and Crystal probably long before me, it’ll probably be a low key day. I don’t think that we need to go anywhere. So I’m sure we’ll just hang out, and play with the cats, Balatro, Skyrim, etc.

But first, a second cup of coffee.

So Sunday evening, I get a text from BossLady – can you come in a for a couple of hours? I have take BF to get a Cat Scan. Yeah, no problem.

So here I am, up early. The coffee is brewing, and the kittens are playing with a kong. The news is playing, and New Jersey is having problems at the airport there.

Work wasn’t too bad last night. It was nice, because it was pretty steady. There were some baseball games going on in the area, so that boosted business for a while. So we were busy right up til we shut off the open sign.

Today, I’ll just be in for a couple of hours until the groceries are done, then I’ll be footloose and fancy free after that. But for right now, gimme that hot coffee!

Happy Wednesday. Half way done. We can make it til the weekend!

A saxophone was blowing on a Rock and Roll show

I don’t know how, but Podrick has figure out how to get on the bed. Some time in the night, he was trying to play with me. And once I rolled over, I felt almost a pin prick of heat. I had to look, and he was cinnamon rolled in Pippin’s bed!

I’m pretty sure Pippin slept onto of Crystal’s wigs in the bathroom. So I carried her out, and asked her to hop up on her table. Crystal made her a breakfast plate, and I opened the back door for her. Hopefully, today is the day that she pushed her pride aside, and doesn’t run from him.

Work wasn’t too bad last night. It was really steady when we go there until about 6, and then it slowed down a little. Enough for us to start to get stuff done. Slowly but surely, the minutes ticked away, and before we knew it, it was time to get the hell out of dodge.

Today is a regular Sunday. So there’s chores to be done, and bacon that is needed to be consumed. I’ll start the laundry in a little while. Since I’m up earlier than normal, I’ll take my time. I’ve told my parents, since we have the Tiny Terror, we wouldn’t be going over to Shady Acres for dinner.

But dinner is taken care of. I found some stuff at work yesterday. But I will be heading over there to drop mail off, and to ask to borrow their vacuum.

I need another cup of coffee. Happy Sunday, y’all!

You’ll see that my mind is too fast for eyes

*yawn*

Sorry this post is late. I was up wicked early for work, then we went to SlightlyBiggerTown for some food and much needed weed supplies. Found a coworker was buying some weed and weed accessories, so I introduced Crystal to him, and he left, we bought and headed back to The Flat to unload groceries.

Now, we’re at my parent’s house for Easter dinner. I ment to start writing this post up as soon as I say down, but I opened up Balatro and started to play.

Back to work tomorrow. All day. Thankfully, I have Monday off, and a lighter schedule for the following week.

Happy Jesus day!

I wish I was in Tijuana eating barbequed iguana

Yep, I’m awake early. I have a mid shift today. And I’ve been up on and off since probably around 3 or 4. The earliest I was up was around 1:30ish. It wasn’t a bad sleep. When I was asleep it was a great one. But before I went to bed last night, my neck was starting to stiffen up.

It’s all the way stiff now.

And, I’d wake up every time I moved or rolled over. So I have a little less field of vision right now until I’m up and about for a while. It’ll loosen up. But I already know, not enough. Pippin screamed a little, but she’s on my lap snuggled in.

I need more coffee.

So yeah, happy Monday everyone!
