Good morning everyone. Welcome to Wednesday. The most useless day of the week, aside from Thursday, but that’s a post for another day.

It’s currently sunny out. But my weather app says it’s supposed to be cloudy all day. The snow is still here, but should be making a hasty retreat, due to the rain that’s coming over the weekend. Warmer temperatures are coming.

Hopefully spring will follow. I’m really tired of this extended winter.

Anyways, like I said it’s nice and sunny right now. It’s always nice to wake up to bright sun.

Ok let’s get some coffee in me, and start this day!

Good morning my friends. I’m told that it’s Tuesday today, and that means back to work. It’s slightly overcast and a little chilly this morning. But good news, we’re not expecting snow today.

Yay!

Yesterday was ok, except for the power going out again in the middle of me cooking and doing the laundry. I think it was off for another hour before coming back.

It’s still on which is a good thing.

I just wanna drink my coffee and wake up, so that’s what I’ll do. I love you

THE POWER CAME BACK!

Yep, I was over at Shady Acres, we had just been told that the town was going to shut the water off so I was filling buckets so we’d be able to flush the toilets.

Thankfully that didn’t happen, because the power came back on around 4:30. The heat came back on, and I went about the house grabbing electronics and plugged them all in.

So when I got back to The Flat, I turned everything back on, and reset the alarm clock, and the stove clock.

So since we “lost” a day because of no power, today will be chore day, with the typical included brunch!

But first, coffee!

I roll over in bed – wide wide WIDE awake. It’s like my body just decided that now would be a good time to wake up. It’s 6:30.

Last night I tried to remind myself to look at the snowfall totals before looking outside. So as my eyes were focussing, I opened my phone, and opened the weather app. I looked. Blinked. I willed myself to focus on the small number. Then it was off to Google to Google a measurement that I haven’t come across this snowy season.

So yeah, nothing has fallen yet. It was supposed to start yesterday afternoon. It just kept getting pushed back. So either we’re going to get dumped on, or nothing. I just don’t know anymore!

So coffee has been made, and I have the local news on, to see what they have to say. Either way, I have no plans to do anything, so let it snow!!

Or not. It’s all good 🙂

When people run in circles it’s a very, very mad world, mad world

Yesterday was the calm before the storm. It was sunny, and somewhat warm outside. We’re expecting even more snow tonight. Yep it’s the end of April, and we’re expecting at the most about 20-22 inches of snow.

Good morning, hap hap happy Friyay! We’re almost to the weekend! We just have to make it through an 8 hour shift, and BOOM! The weekend awaits.

I’ll just have to stop at the grocery store to grab snacky snacks and I’ll be ready to be trapped in the flat.

But we’ll see what the weather brings us. Coffee time!
