Urk urk urk urk urk

That’s what I woke up to. Chaucer at the foot of the bed, working on a really deep cut. This morning, it was his way of quietly waking me up. I got up out of bed, and cleaned up a small bit of throw up.

I climbed back into bed, and wrapped myself around Crystal like a spider monkey. I was perfectly warm and comfortable. Maybe just a hair warm, but it was so nice as I snuggled and dozed this morning.

But it’s Friyay, and that means it’s almost the weekend. I’m all that separates me from the weekend is today and a quick shift tomorrow. I think today should go rather quickly, but we’ll see.

Yesterday when I came home at lunch time, I asked Crystal if she would like some pizza. I had been craving pizza for a while, so after work I came home with a “Canadian” pizza – consisting of pepperoni, bacon, and mushrooms. I asked if the mushrooms could just be put on half the pizza.

Mission: accomplished.

After pizza, I played some TofK, getting about shrine, and then just some general exploring. I’m really enjoying this game. It’s freaking huge though. I’m starting to get more and more comfortable running around and slowly getting more comfortable attacking some enemy mobs. They really upped the AI in this game.

But I needs more coffee. Happy Friyay!

So I’m told it’s Thursday today. It’s a gray, drizzly, and a hack of a lot cooler out there. Thankfully, I think that the temperature will slowly start to rise again after today. It was cool enough for the heat to kick on this morning just after the alarm went off.

I was up a little earlier again today. At one point I was up around 5ish, but quickly fell back asleep. The next time I looked at the clock, was around 6:45. But again, I fell back asleep until the alarm screeched into life, and the glorious talk radio filled the room.

Work wasn’t too bad yesterday. I was pretty much busy most of the day. I helped BossLady unload out of her car, and I started to bring the outdoor furniture back out to the deck. I was told I’d have help, and at the start I did. Then she wanted all the furniture washed. That’s where the help stopped. I washed the furniture, then all the stuff I asked for help with, and had none. I moved all the furniture by myself.

I was on the phone for the most part yesterday. I think we got stuff done. It never feels like you accomplished anything when all you do is call people. But we got it done, and before I knew it, the end of the day had arrived. I got the hell outa dodge.

I came home and helped to make dinner. We had fried chicken, Brussels sprouts, and I had a side of Kraft Dinner. It was a tasty meal.

I hunkered down and played some TotK. I’m having fun doing some of the side quests, slowly getting comfortable in fighting the monsters again. They really upped the AI in the game. The monsters are a little tougher than BotW.

I need a coffee refill. Happy Thursday!

Good smokey morning. The smoke from the forest fires the next province over have reached here. It’s smokey.

Link…Link, the blood moon rises again…

I was up a little early this morning. Not too long before the alarm went off, I was snuggly warm and so comfortable. I dozed until the alarm went off.

Yesterday was pretty good. I was expecting BossLady to fly into the office, but looking at the calendar, she was off doing BossLady things in CapitalCity. However, and had a bunch of stuff to do yesterday, so I was actually mostly busy at work.

I got a second coat on the front deck, I’m sure we’ll move the furniture back out on the deck today. I have to say that the deck does look really good.

After work, I whipped up some tasty burgers, and tots for me, and sweet potato fries for Crystal. After dinner was had, and clean up. I played some TotK for a couple of hours. I got a couple shrines and a tower. Then I got tired and kept dying, so I knew it was time to hang up my controller for the night.

The coffee is flowing and it tastes pretty awesome this morning. Let’s get the day started! Happy Wednesday y’all!

Good morning! It’s a new day here in TinyTown. It’s bright and sunny out there this morning. The garbage trucks are out in full force, so that means it’s Tuesday. Back to work today. It’s a long week for me, as I’m working Saturday. It’s all good, I just had four days off. Do I want to go back to work today? Not at all.

But I’ll go back and do the best I can today. It’s a new week, so let’s make the best of it.

Yesterday was a nice day of laziness. The plan was to not really leave the house, but after dinner I took Crystal to the local ice cream shoppe. And we gorged ourselves with yummy soft serve. We were still full in the evening, so we decided to skip our usual bowl of cereal before bed.

We traded off every couple of hours, so we could both play. It was a really good day.

But it’s a new day today, and we have coffee. Viva la coffee!

Maybe we can put like a little tiny fridge in there somewhere

Good morning everyone. I’m awake. I woke up just slightly before the alarm, and noticed that I was alone in bed, so instead of getting up, I was thinking that Crystal was playing TotK, so I starfished in be until the alarm went off. Then I got up.

I didn’t even feel Crystal get out of bed this morning.

But I got up, and Crystal was in the living room, playing on her computer. Just the news playing, and the coffee brewed. She’s awesome.

So now we’re awake, but the bonus is that we have coffee in front of us. I don’t think that we have anything planned for today, other than brunch m, later on this morning.

Back to work tomorrow. I don’t wanna go back. I love having long weekends with Crystal like this. But if we want to stay in the lap of luxury, I have to go back.

Ok, time to wake up. Let’s get our coffee on!
