You’re saying I’m fragile – I try not to be

Good morning everyone. It’s Thursday. And the United States still hasn’t chosen a new king yet. No one has mentioned how Kanye is doing.

I screen shot the electoral college stuff and it didn’t change overnight. Good thing or a bad thing? Has Trump tweeted that he’s won again?

But anyways. I’m going back into help my dad with rebuilding the tractor engine. It’s in, just needs to be bolted in and the accessories installed again. It’s been fun, I’m weak and can barely walk and lift things.

I really need some Advil and some coffee. Have a great Thursday everyone.

It’s only me who wants to wrap around your dreams

Morning. Need coffee. It was an ok sleep. Just not long enough. Fell asleep about a half hour later than normal. And I was out like a light.

I was part way to the second hand store yesterday, when my mom called and said my dad needed help out in the farm. So I turned around got the truck and drove there

I am so sore.

And it’s not a good sore.

And I’m going back today. I’ll probably be there most of the day, because there’s a lunch packed for me. So it should be a good day today.

It seems to run on some sort of electricity

That’s what we’re rebuilding. Every part, so heavy. Stupid farm equipment!

If you don’t like who’s in there, vote em out

Welp, I’ve had better sleeps. It was awesome until around 5 or 6 I think. You see my grandmother has dementia. It was just a bad dream of it getting worse. The terrible thing; I’d wake up, and fall back asleep, and the dream continued. I feel terrible, because in my dream, I yelled at her.

Coffee.

It’s Election Day just a few hundred miles to the south. I think CNN will be on most of the day here. I’ll be feeding Crystal information all day while she’s at work. The headline on CNN right now

Your Vote, Your Patience & Patriotism.

You can feel the hope in the air. I’m nervous, but let’s see what happens. Let hope science, and reason, and thoughtfulness take over, and COVID is taken seriously, and the border opens.

If you’re in the states, and you haven’t voted yet, VOTE.

No new books at the second hand store yesterday. I did put back on the shelf an Official illustrated Movie Guide for Eclipse. I didn’t think I needed that. Even though it was a fill a bag for a buck again. There was just nothing jumping out at me.

So I’ll try again this afternoon, at the local second hand store. Maybe something there will be awesome, and I’ll have to grab it up.

But for now, CNN, and coffee. Election night coverage started in 6:54:30

Oh her flowing skirt is blowing in the transcendental wind

I’ve been up since 5 this morning. Course that’s probably more like 3 when I first woke up slightly cold, so I got under the covers, where suddenly I was way too warm.

The reason why I was up so early was because I took a drive with my dad to the next province over to pick up a crank shaft (heh, shaft), that was supposed to have been picked up the week before.

It was a really nice drive with him. We had coffees and chatted all the way up and back. We got back to the house just in time for lunch, then he went off to work, and Shady Acres went down for their nap, I got the ma and got gas for the truck. Now we’re sitting in SlightlyBiggerTown.

My mom has a doctors appointment, then it’s a couple groceries, while I run over to the second hand store to see what kind of books they got going on there. Then home again.

It’s been a busy day, and I didn’t get to chat with Crystal on lunch. Bad deal. But we’ll chat tonight.

Happy Monday, y’all

All of your straight light eyes – wide on my plastic toys

Aww yiss, son. We’re going to a wedding! And you know it’s gonna be a good one because the grooms “parents” are loaded. I mean they drive Volvo’s. Safety costs a pretty penny. Look at their fancy invitations. Who does that? Don’t people just send out e-invites now?

Ain’t they all fancy with their expensive cardboard and typed words and stuff. you can tell they’re rich; Edward has lime 15 middle names, and back when he was actually breathing, you had to pay individually for each name.

But seriously, I sat down and watched The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1. I found out Friday, that Netflix Canada will be taking Twilight away at the end of November. And since I’m just about finished watching the SAGA, I figured that I’d better get going, and finish the series.

We jump right into the action of Alice planning a wedding. The wedding. Bella and Edward’s wedding. I think all of Forks is invited. Even wet dog Jacob is invited, but he’s being all emo and angsty up in northern Canada.

Blah blah wedding.

Red wedding.

Sadly that’s not how the wedding actually happened, but if you look really hard when icky human Bella is walking down the aisle, you can see Stephanie Meyer standing right there in front.

Thinking about it, wouldn’t it be cool to be involved with a movie based on the book you wrote? I think it would be.

Don’t mind me. Just getting some feelings. I’ll be ok. Talk amongst yourselves. All of these movies give me the feels for some reason. It’s a happy/sad feeling. Sometimes more happy than sad, sometimes the other way around. Sometimes just loneliness.

Can’t wait for the finale. Part 2 coming soon.

I don’t think I need to review the rest of the movie, y’all have seen it. Cliff hanger at the end. Spoiler alert: she needs Visine.

I miss you so very much. All the time. Every minute of every day.
