So why not be where the lights are shining on me Shawshank, February 14, 2026 I did not fall asleep easy. Nor did I stay asleep well. I think it took about an hour and a half to 3 hours to fall asleep. Then up around 3 to see what time it was. Then, 4:30. Relief hit me. Another half hour before the alarm goes off. I fell asleep again. The alarm scared the shit out of me a half hour later. Up and moving towards work. I got everything I needed to be done before we opened. Out of boredom, I opened 4 minutes early. The first customer came in 2 hours later. TinyTown was deep asleep. Over the course of the next 7 hours, it didn’t get that much busier. That means tomorrow’s gonna be a long, long day. At this point, I just want the weekend to be over. Hopefully, Sunday will go as quickly as the last couple of night shifts have gone. I’m going to finish the episode of ER that Crystal is watching, then I’m gonna watch last nights SMACKDOWN! should be a good afternoon Appetizers for dinner tonight. We gotta celebrate Team Canada’s Women’s Hockey team for beating the Germans 5-1. Canada heads to the semi-finals. Life blogbloggercoffeejournalmorningsTinyTownup early

But I’m an adult, and it’s time to get up. Besides, Crystal has probably been up for like 5 hours already. Yesterday was pretty much the second day of sloth. I only… Read More
