Push me and then just touch me till I can get my satisfaction

Shawshank, July 4, 2023

Awake. I was a tossy turny boy this morning. I couldn’t breathe through my face holes, and on either side, I’d roll over – my neck has some cramps in it. So the last hour or so before the alarm went off was a mix of comfort, then uncomfortableness.

Good morning my friends, it’s a gray, breezy day out there so far. It feels like fall, but hopefully will turn itself around as the day goes on. The coffee has been brewed, and the news is on.

Happy 4th of July my American friends. Be safe out there. I’m sure that you love seen the fireworks safety stuff on the news. Don’t blow your fingers off!

Yesterday was pretty good. We went grocery shopping in the morning. On the way into SlightlyBiggerTown, we got caught behind one of those hover-rounds driving down the middle of Main st. It was pretty laughable. That was the only thing of note that happened. Pretty much a quick in and out.

But it’s back to work today. I have no clue if I’ll be leaving early today. We’ll see what happens. If I do, Woohoo! If not, that’s ok too. Let’s get this started!

Wind on the weathervane

July 30, 2020July 30, 2020

Since I got here, I've adopted a few chores. Like taking out the trash when it appears by the door. Vacuuming. Sous chef when needed, and each night I water the 3 tomato plants, the cucumbers, and the strawberries.  Originally, the plants were my grammas, but she doesn't get around…
