She dipped down spun around and doe-see-doed

We made it to Wednesday! It’s all downhill from here. Except for me. I work till 8 tomorrow and I work Saturday. But then I’ll have a couple days off, and start a new week sooner than I think. Haha

So like I said a couple of days ago, I went to SlightlyBiggerTown’s dispensary, to do a deal. A deal of drugs. It so bright, clean and cheery. I told the kid behind the counter, this is not what I’m used to. He laughed and said he never thought he’d have a job like this.

I told him what I was looking for – something to help me sleep, and he presented me with 3 options, and three different prices. I chose the “value pack” of 10 pre-rolled joints. I also picked up some gummies.

I feel like a teenager sneaking out of the house after everyone has gone to sleep. And yeah, I have to go outside, my dad is very sensitive to smells. Everything is I scented in the house and there’s no decorative candles either. But I sneak out and smoke half a preroll, sneak back in and climb into bed and fall as sleep.

I can’t wait until Crystal gets here so I can take her in to check it out. I miss her a lot. I love you so much. Happy Wednesday!

Lay your head upon my pillow – hold your warm and tender body close to mine

What a long day. Tuesday’s, we’re not open. It’s a catch up from the weekend. I caught up on 90% of the stuff I needed too, did a couple extra things, and cleaned for most of the day. It was a nice quiet day, because my co-worked called out and the boss was gone. It was just me and the accountant in today.

When it’s quiet, it makes for a long day. Aside from helping to unload our shipment truck, which was the high light of the day, I also learned not to open the fridge. There’s something that smells terrible in there. The accountant was spraying a whole buncha crap to get rid of the smell, and even opened a door.

None of it helped. But it did give me a headache that’s lasted all day.

The boss will be back tomorrow, so I’m sure it’ll be a flurry of activity first thing. Anything is better than a slow day.

I’m gonna go and take some Advil now. Have a great Tuesday evening 🙂

All right stop – collaborate and listen

Good morning, happy Tuesday! Coffee is brewing, and for me, it’s the start of a new work week.

I’m at a loss for what to write today. I’m awake and pretty clear headed, I just don’t know what to talk about!

I did go and bought legal marijuana yesterday. That was a first and I told the guy behind the counter that this was totally not what I was used to. He laughed and said he never thought he’d be working in a place like this.

I told Crystal that is was the easiest drug deal ever.

That’s about what I have to say this morning. Have a terrific Tuesday everyone 🙂

4 books I’ve discovered while blogging

Since I’ve started blogging, I’ve tried to stick to new and interesting books. Books out of left field, like Ship of Theseus, House of Leaves, etc. I’m trying not to just go back to the old comfortables, like the Dresden Files, random, mysteries, etc. I like to be challenged. Make me work for it! I don’t choose them for the look at what book I’ve read, I’m better than you. Homie don’t play dat.

So in searching for the new and strange, I have come across books that look like they’d be really interesting, here’s a few of them. To wet your whistle, so to speak.

These Violent Delights by Chloe Gong

From what I can tell, it’s a Romeo one Juliet retelling in 1920’s Shanghai. I think it sounds pretty interesting for sure.

The Fifty Year Sword by Mark Z. Danielewski

I think I’d call this more of a short story, and I’ve been keeping my eye out for it at the second hand stores in hopes, of one day finding it.

If On A Winters Night A Traveller by Italo Calvino

It’s a book where you’re actually a character reading If On A Winters Night A Traveller. That sounds pretty cool to me for sure. Of course, you had me at book!

Demon Theory by Stephen Graham Jones

On Halloween, after a crazy call from his mom, Hale and six friends return to the house where his sister disappeared 6 years ago. It’s a psychological tale of cinematic horror, and it sounds really really awesome.

Have you guys (and gals) found any off the wall interesting books out there? Tell me!

You got the most unbelievable blue eyes I’ve ever seen

Happy Monday!! We survived the weekend! It was hard, because there were some pretty crappy movies on. But there were some good ones as well.

I had a good sleep. Only up once 4:57 am. You see the thought creeped in my head yesterday afternoon, what if my pay check doesn’t go in until like 3 or 4 in the afternoon?

So I was wide wide WIDE awake at 4:57 am. I logged into my banking app, waited, saw the balance, and went back to sleep.

Today, later on this morning, I’m gonna go into SlightlyBiggerTown. I’m thinking maybe Chinese food for lunch. I haven’t decided yet.
