My tight dress and red lips, I know you want it, I’m just living that life Shawshank, November 21, 2024 Here I am, I didn’t forget about you, dear readers. I had to be up at the ass-crack of dawn. Before dawn. I was at work when dawn began to break. It was a rare 5:30-1:30 shift for yours truly. Thankfully I didn’t have to be outside for long, because our part timer who only goes to do gas had to be out in the cold. I took a chance and wore my steel toed Docs to work. I was worried that my feet would be killing me after 8 hours, but my feet feel fine after. We’re expecting more snow this weekend. It’s my first week of being the “night manager”, so I was asking BossLady all sorts of questions regarding the snow. It’s business as usual. That’s all I needed to know. But none of that matters right now. It’s for future Shawshank. Right now I have Chaucer on my lap, and I’m home relaxing. Seems like a good Thursday to me.
