Lockup Library – general updates Shawshank, February 7, 2021 Hey book nerds! This is just a quick note, a “State of the Union” so to speak (so please hold your applause til the end), of what’s going on over here at the Lockup Library. I’ve been slacking, but reading a lot more, so I have to get back into it. I assume most every book blogger out there schedules posts. They rarely talk about it, but they do. I’m going to talk about some posts that’ll be coming up in the near future. There’s going to be some fun stuff coming up. I’m excited to share that sometime this week, or next we’re going to have a guest blogger – Crystal from chicky dot blog will be stopping in to talk about crafting with books. I’m going to be doing a 3 part miniseries of the books I’ve read since last June. I didn’t want to shove all the books I’ve read into one post, so it’ll be a three parter. I’m going to schedule a couple of Book Club books, that way if there’s any lurkers out there that want to participate, but don’t want to comment, they can still go out and get the books and follow along. I’m gonna put out a quick list of 3 or 4 books I want to reread, no time frame for the actual rereads, just some books I want to reread. I still have one book to put up a book haul. The last time I went into BiggerTown, I only got one book. While disappointing, I still walked out with one book. Then maybe a meme or two. That’s all for now, keep on reading you beautiful book nerds! Lockup Library blogbloggerbookbook bloggerbook loverbook questionsbooksjournalreadingtalking about books

Lockup Library Books books, books (sung to the tune of Girls girls, girls) November 23, 2020 So today, with moms approval, I was allowed to move the “Romance Rack” – consisting of at least 80-90% of Nora Roberts complete library out of my room, and back into the living room, where they came from. I waited until my mom and grandmother left for a hair appointment,… Read More
Lockup Library Butterfly in the sky, I can go twice as high August 29, 2020 Still reading ‘Ship of Theseus’, I still have no idea what’s going on. I’m dealing with the main story, and the secondary story in 3 different time frames (depending on the colour of the ink). It’s very confusing. I’m going to have to find a guide to reading this book,… Read More
