I guess it’s probably time I say somethin’ ’bout those eyes Shawshank, May 22, 2026 It’s a chilly and gray day out there. I believe it’s supposed to rain all day. But but but but the faaaaaarmers neeeeed the moisture. (that’s usually people’s go to rebuttal when complaining about the weather) I’m pretty sure the farmers right now simply want to get the seed into the ground before it rains. But either way, it’s a rain day today. My co-worker will be very happy – he bought a rain jacket last year, and didn’t get a chance to wear it. So now if it looks like it’s going to rain, he wears it. Last night was busier than the night before. We knew that we’d beat 1st shift money wise, but we didn’t think we’d beat them customer count wise. But with some last minute people coming in for gas, and soda, or ice cream we managed to blow 1st of out of the water money wise, and beat them by like, 2-3 customers. The weekend is getting closer and closer. In fact, while I’m thinking about it, I gotta set the alarm for tomorrow. I have to open the shop. I switched shifts with a co-worker that hates opening. I dislike closing on the weekend for some reason, so we’re both happy now. I’ll be happier in a second, when I refill my coffee cup. Happy Friyay motherfuckers! Life Can you take me higher? To a place where blind men see February 25, 2024 The coffee is brewing, and the sun is slowly rising over the houses here in TinyTown. It’s another day. The last day off before next weekend. The cats are slinking around the flat this morning. I’ve already tried and failed to wrangle the cats. I slept like the dead last… Read More
