Happy labour day! Or is it labor? Who knows anymore! It’s Monday, September 5th, and that means it’s a day of rest before going back to work tomorrow. Today also means the start of harvest here in the family. My dad will be starting probably today or tomorrow. Which is a good thing, I’ll be able to drive to CapitalCity by myself. No one will have to lose a day of work, just to sit in a vehicle while I’m in the doctors office on Thursday.
The coffee has been brewed, and I’m watching the news – hoping for an update on the multiple standings that happened in the province yesterday. It’s started about 4.5 hours from here, and the last sighting was in CaptialCity. Nothing since that last update around noon yesterday.
I don’t have too much planned for today. Brunch and dinner have been planned out. But what I do in between is unknown right now.
And that’s ok with me.
