Guess your daddy never told you when you were growin’ up if you’re gonna be dumb, you better be tough Shawshank, April 12, 2026 Well, well, well. It’s Sunday morning, and I had a great sleep. Great. Slept almost all the way through the night. Only got up once. I woke up this morning at 6:40. Pippin was snuggled in between us. I crawl out of bed. It’s cold in The Flat. You see, yesterday, I had some windows open. It was nice to air out the apartment all day. Jen I remembered: I shut the heat off, so it wouldn’t turn on while the majority of the windows was open. I forgot to turn it back on after I closed the last window. So that’s what I have to do if I want a great sleep; turn off the heat. I’ll have to remember that for the future, like tonight. Of course it’s like totes spring now, and we won’t get any more snow, right? I’ll be shutting the heat off soon right? Maybe I’ll shut it off again tonight. it’s nothing blue skies and warm temps coming. I can’t wait for summer! Work today – open to close. The guy that rarely closes, closed last night with a retiree that works the morning shift 3 days a week. We’ll see what we’ll be cleaning up in the morning. I’ll go in a few early to make sure everything is golden when the professionals open. But coffee first. It’s the lords day y’all! Life blogbloggercoffeejournalmorningspersonal blogTinyTown

I have to laugh, on the inside; my mom is quizzing my dad who to vote for. “Which Party are you voting for? “Um, its the Saskatoon, no, Saskatchewan Party.”… Read More
Life Well, I’m in my own self-inflicted misery January 6, 2026 It’s morning again. It always comes so quickly. Podrick was pretty good this morning. Only quietly walking across us. Over and over, and over again. Now, he’s testing our patience, and yelling at us, when we prevent him from getting on the top shelf. He’s not too bad right now. Just sitting and watching us.… Read More
