Get out from that kitchen, and rattle those pots and pans Shawshank, June 21, 2022 Good morning everyone. I trust all of my 2 or 3 readers had a great sleep. I had a pretty good one. I fell asleep to the sounds of nature. Namely thunder and lightning. It was loud enough to be heard over the fans in the flat. It’s a gray morning here, and there’s possible thunderstorms this afternoon. But that’s ok, as all the people tell me, we need the moisture. I’m pretty sure I don’t need it, but the farms and people like that probably could use some. Just drinking some freshly brewed coffee, watching the local news, and listing to the birds outside singing the music of their people. Sounds like the start of a pretty good morning if you ask me. Also, the new alarm clock went off when it was expected. I just have to adjust the volume. It was a teensy bit loud. But it worked. That’s all that matters. Happy Tuesday everyone! We sat out Maude at one point shortly after 6 to watch the very fast moving thunderstorm roll past us, which was nice. Until the rain stopped. Now it’s 84°… Read More
