Book club – Plain Bad Heroines Shawshank, April 5, 2021 Good afternoon, book nerds! It’s been a while, hasn’t it? Life had me busy for a little while. Well, life has slowed down a little, so I am able to read a little more. I made some progress on Plain Bad Heroines by Emily M. Danforth. Not a lot, but I’m getting back into the swing of things, and that makes me happy. We’re really getting into the meat and potatoes of the story. It’s been a slow burn, but the chapters are starting to feel like they’re flying by. In the book, they’re starting to film on location and the school. They’re starting to find that somethings are getting creepier, and not explainable. I’m still in joying the dual timelines. Although, I am liking the current time line the best, as that’s the one that seems to be moving the plot forward. Enjoy the rest of your Monday, book nerds! See you next time!
