Book appreciation – House of Leaves Shawshank, April 16, 2021 Crystal is rereading House of Leaves by Mark Z. Danielewski. This, contrary to my post history, is my absolute favourite book. Ever. You have to start your admiration of it by the cover. You simply cannot judge this book by the cover. You can’t even read reviews if it on the internet. You have to just dive in yourself. Period. It’s it horror? Mystery? A love story? It simply is what you think it is. For me, it’s all the above. For me, it is a horror. It is a mystery. It’s also a love story. It’s an entire world between a cover. Have you read this hefty tome? What did you think of it? Lockup Library blogbloggerbookbook loverbookshouse of leavesjournaltalking about books

Last year, I said I’d bring: Twilight…. Read More

I waited until my mom and grandmother left for a hair appointment,… Read More
