Hey hey people. I’m finally home now. I brought Crystal a couple of snacks – some blueberries, and some Italian bread with Italian dressing. She was very excited.

Work was slow, but we got stuff done today. All the sales tags went up, and all that good stuff. But mostly we just took care of the customers that came in.

Just another day and I’ll be off for the weekend. I can’t wait for it. I’m a little tired, so I’ll be… I totally forgot what I wanted to say to finish the sentence. I think that’s my cue to finish this post now.

I’m here. I’m tired, and it’s too late to nap. But that’s ok. I’ll crash tonight. As soon as I sat down this afternoon at home, Pippin was all over me. We were trying to watch some YouTube shorts, and she was making it pretty difficult, but she’s sleeping on my lap now.

Work was well, work. It was a little slower today, but that makes putting out the groceries a lot easier when there’s no one in the store.

Back in tomorrow morning, wicked early. At this point, I just can’t wait for the weekend. It can’t come soon enough.

We’re having ghetto chicken sandwiches this evening. It’s gonna be yummy.

Everything is bleak it’s the middle of the night

Good morning. It’s a mid shift for me today, so I’ll be going in, in a couple of hours. But right now, it’s coffee and contemplation. I’m trying to wake up, and Chaucer just wanted to get into my lap.

He’s settling now.

The last thought that I had right before I fell asleep- did we go to sleep at 10 tonight, or 11. I’m almost 99.9% sure that we went to bed at 10. I fought the urge to look at the clock, and quickly passed into the sleep realm.

I was awake just slightly before the alarm. And now here we are. It’s bright and somewhat sunny out there. With just a slight breeze.

I may change the shirt that I’m wearing for a hoodie. We’ll see how I feel the next time I go outside. There’s a good chance that I’ll change.

But for now, I need another cup of coffee. Happy Tuesday everyone! May the coffee flow for you.

Hey all. It’s a mostly bright, and just slightly breezy out there. Sadly though, this’ll be the best of the best weather wise. It’s supposed to rain for the rest of the week.

“I hear we’re getting rain for the rest of the week.”

I reply, “yep. I’m not too impressed about it.”

“But the farmers need the rain.”

“Do I look like a farmer to you? I wouldn’t be sad if it was dry all summer!”

That’s when most people walk away from me 🤣

But yeah, it was a pretty good day at work. Busier than normal, which is a nice change of pace. We got the best bys done, and some cleaning. We’re now ready for the May cleaning list to be put up.

Now I’m home, and I’m gonna try my hardest to not fall asleep. I might play a video game, or I might demand to watch some TikTok’s. We’ll see. Happy Monday, bitches.
