Seven a.m., waking up in the morning gotta be fresh, gotta go downstairs

Woohoo it’s Friyay! It doesn’t even matter that I have to work tomorrow, what matters is that it’s Friyay! So far it’s an overcast day, but it’s supposed to get hot hot hot! High of 92° so we’ll see if we hit that today.

Yesterday was a mostly busy day. BossLady came in mostly annoyed at everything. But I’d like to think we got some shit done. So yeah it was mostly a paperwork day – pretty much the most boring of days. But you gotta have boring days to offset the cool days.

So it seems like this will be a short post. Pretty much everything is the same here. Same allergies, weather (for the most part). We’re in what they call the dog days of summer. I hate that term, but it is what it is.

So yeah, I’m gonna drink some coffee and watch some news. It’s Friyay all get hype!

But there’s only so far I can go when you’re living in a hallway that keeps growing

I’m groggy this morning. It was a good sleep, I think. Just wicked sleepy, and groggy. When I finish this, I need to take an Advil. I had hoped that the headache would go away whilst I slept. But alas, earwax, it didn’t.

Yesterday wasn’t too bad of a day. I went to work, watered the plants, and prepped to load a truck so NewNewGirl could do her delivery. It ended up, that I was going to do the delivery. Whatever, it’s cool. The delivery went great. The client was very happy.

After work, I came home and made some burgers and tots for dinner. Again not to toot my own horn, but toot toot. The burgers were really good. I played some TotK, and explored the depths. After I had finished, Crystal kicked ass in Witcher 3, and she also kicked some ass.

I watched an episode of CSI, and we had our evening snack, then climbed into bed. It was a little chilly, so I turned on the bed, and we climbed deep under the covers, now here we are.

I hope today goes quickly. This week as moved rather slow. It looks like it’ll be a nice day. Not a lot of wind, and bright and sunny. Enjoy the coffee!

Yeah, we got free tickets to the Bran Van concert happening this Monday night at the Pacific Coliseum

Good gray morning. It’s drizzling a little bit here. It’s cooler, and darker than normal – winter is coming. I completely passed out last night. I don’t think I moved at all last night. Usually when I roll over or anything like that, I wake up just a little bit. I don’t remember waking up at all in the night. I did a bit of a roll over in the morning, and woke up a little, spied the clock. Then it was just a matter of time before the alarm went off 10 minutes later.

I am so sore.

From the combination of nerves about the clients order, driving so tense because of the nerves and stress of driving the truck and trailer, I’m pretty sore today. Some would say, you’re sore from moving an eight piece sectional. No, the pieces were pretty lightish. The heavy pieces, I had help with.

The delivery went off without a hitch. It was a really good day. The clients loved the new sectional. They told me a few times that this is what they should’ve ordered in the first place. I’m just happy that I ordered the correct pieces.

After the delivery, we quickly shopped at the smallest Walmart in Canada, grabbed some lunch at McDonald’s, and made our way back to TinyTown. From there, we made dinner, and I melted into the couch. And didn’t do too much of anything for the rest of the night.

But I have coffee and I’m not afraid to drink it.

It was a good day. Let’s hope today is just as good! Happy Wednesday!

Younger than the mountains, growin’ like a breeze

Good morning my friends. It’s a mostly sunny day there so far. I’ve looked at the weather app a few times yesterday, and it’s supposed to get cloudy again today. But it seems like a good day for a road trip. We’re heading to BiggerTown today to deliver a sectional, and to pick up an old one. Then it’s our day, mostly.

Shouldn’t be too bad. Crystal will be coming and helping me with the sectional. And I’ll have someone to talk to as we drive. That’s always nice.

Yesterday was totes relaxing. We didn’t do a whole lot of anything. I made brunch, which was really good, if I may toot my own horn*

After brunch, Crystal played Witcher 3, for a little while and advanced her storyline a lot. I ran out to the credit union and enquired about their debit/credit card. I should have it in about a week or so. I grabbed a box of shake and bake for dinner.

Before dinner, Crystal passed me the controller, so I fired up TotK. And fooled around a little. Somehow, I found my way to the sky islands, and happened to see the Light Dragon.

Hey, you wanna know the rest, buy the rights.
