And he’s quick with a joke, or to light up your smoke Shawshank, January 25, 2023 Good Wednesday morning everyone. She was up wicked early, and for the most part, I woke up about a minute before the alarm went off. She was already in the living room when I got up. We’ll figure this out. I asked BossLady if I could leave for about an hour yesterday to go to the second hand store, and the boss replied, “we’re not open, why don’t you just leave at 2, take the rest of the day,” more than I asked for, I thanked her, and relayed the information to Crystal. While I do that, practice your “this is gonna suck” smile. Get a pocket mirror. Practice. I’ll be right back. I’m back. How’s that smile… Read More
Life You see that shampoo bottle September 21, 2023 There was a cat rave somewhere in the bedroom around 6:30 or so this morning. I flew out of bed, but with the light and lack of my glasses, I couldn’t find anything. Crystal, sleepily asked me to turn the coffee on. I declined, and snuggled back into bed, hoping… Read More
