Look in my heart and let love keep us together

Brew coffee, brew!

I need this coffee this morning. It’s hard to shake the cob webs away this morning. It was a good sleep, a little tossy turny.

So on that note, I apologize for not being my usual wordy self!

Thankfully, The Flat is close by. Last night I packed up my moms shopping cart to bring more stuff over this morning after coffee.

I look like a homeless guy walking down the street. We’re all surprised that no one has phoned my mom, asked if I got kicked out. The old women here in town love to gossip, I hear.

Every moment spent with you is a moment I treasure

Woah, slow down. I’m not in an exotic place that has palm trees. It’s currently -12c outside, but I look at the palm trees and just feel warm!

Coffee is brewing.

I remember some dreams. I was dreaming that it was Friday. I was dreaming the BossLady had a massive sale, and I could actually afford to shop at work. I think there was another one but I can’t remember now.

I have to remember to bring some poptarts to work. Usually about 11, and about 3, I get so hungry. I figured the poptarts might help. I just keep forgetting them.

I hope everyone has a great day, we’re almost to the end people, almost!

Nothing worth having comes without some kind of fight

It’s freaking snowing out.

I’ll let that sink in.

More snow.

It was just about all gone. We were close to not having to clean the cars off, or now having to play the game “is there sheer ice under the snow?”

It’s back to work today. BossLady will be back today. So I hope it goes smoothly. It’s a four day work week for me. I’ve done my two Saturday’s in a row.

But the coffee is ready, so I’m going to drink that, and chit chat with Crystal. Have a great morning, it’s almost Friday!

Punch at the darkness until it bleeds daylight.

This morning I was up and out before the coffee finished brewing. BossLady hates and is fighting technology. We use Google Calendar to try and push the shop into at least the year 2007. Last night while I was video chatting with Crystal, she texted asking me to walk to the shop in the am because she has a consultation this morning, but the calendar was empty.

So I walked down and got all the info and trucked it on back home. It’s coffee time.

COFFEE TIME!

Today, for a hot minute I’ll be heading to SlightlyBiggerTown. I want to hit up the dollar store to pick up some incidentals for The Flat. Then it’ll be time for lunch then back to the house to watch an episode of Sherlock with mom. I think we have 4 or 5 episodes left. Even after I move, I’ll come back to finish up the series with her. She really really loves it.

But for now, coffee and morning news. Have a great Monday!

Your love is thick, and it’s swallowed me whole

Good morning all you morning people. I am not a morning person. The coffee is brewing, and I woke up with a headache this fine, but slightly chilly morning.

I started to pack last night. Not a lot. Just the clothes that were hanging in the closet. I quickly thought, then dismissed packing some of my moms hangers. I took them to the laundry room.

I’m slowly starting to prepare for the move. The heaviest will be my books. I’ll have to split them in to multiple boxes. I figure ( and I always get the guesstimating wrong when it comes to moving), that I should pretty much have everything moved in on the first.

I have the internet appointment for the first. It’s an “all day” appointment. Meaning 8-5. Thankfully this town is so small, I can be back at The Flat in literally 2 minutes by car. To watch the technician do the install.

I plan on having everything moved over Friday, minus the bed frame. You need to have studied at MIT to take it a part, so I’ll leave that for Saturday, when my dad is off work to disassemble and reassemble for me.

Wow, I was a talkative person, considering I’m not a morning person! Have a great Sunday everyone!
